THE OPPORTUNITY
We are recruiting for an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician to join a
growing environmental services team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance
works across a variety of sites.
This role is suited to an experienced and self-sufficient grounds maintenance
professional with strong operational knowledge, leadership capability, and the
ability to maintain high standards independently across multiple environments.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior grounds maintenance or team leader
role is essential
* A full UK driving licence is required
* Pay rate may increase depending on qualifications, such as PA1 & PA6 spraying
certificates
* This is a physically demanding outdoor role in varying weather conditions
* Interviews may take place throughout the recruitment process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, pruning, spraying, and
general grounds maintenance duties
* Operate machinery, tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently
* Complete daily vehicle and machinery checks
* Maintain high presentation and operational standards across all assigned
sites
* Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
* Work professionally with clients, colleagues, and members of the public
* Carry out duties independently and use initiative where required

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 5 years' grounds maintenance experience in a senior or team leader
position
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Ability to operate company vehicles and grounds maintenance machinery
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates are desirable
