About this role
Purpose of the role Our Pharmacists play a key role in delivering highquality healthcare within a friendly, local GP surgery. They oversee all aspects of patients medication management, including handling repeat prescriptions, conducting medication reviews, monitoring drug therapies, and ensuring safe and effective prescribing. The role combines clinical expertise with patientfacing responsibilities and offers autonomy while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
