We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and patient-focused Salaried GP to join our supportive and forward-thinking Primary Care Network team. About us

PCN1W is a collaboration of four local GP practices (Everglade, Deans Lane, Parkview & Watling) serving approximately 40,000 patients across Edgware & Colindale.We are committed to improving access, reducing health inequalities, and delivering innovative models of care.We have a full complement of clinical staff, pharmacists, physiotherapist, dietitian, social prescribers, health & well-being champion, mental health worker as well as a supportive management team.We are committed to supporting your ongoing professional development and wellbeing. The successful candidate will receive support to attend mandatory and additional training opportunities, helping to further develop clinical, leadership, and specialist skills within primary care.

Sessional rate

GP Registrars Key Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team. Supporting delivery of enhanced services, population health initiatives, and PCN service specifications. Participating in clinical meetings, learning events, and quality improvement activities that contribute to continuous service development. Contributing to a supportive training environment, including involvement with GP Registrars where appropriate. Undertaking a mixture of clinical and associated administrative work linked to patient care, including reviewing results, correspondence, prescriptions, and related documentation. Participating in home visits where clinically appropriate. Supporting a positive, inclusive, and patient-focused working culture across the organisation.
