About this role
Manage a caseload of students, providing regular one‑to‑one support and delivering workshops focused on wellbeing, mental health, emotional issues, lifestyle, time management, academic challenges, and navigating conservatoire processes and regulations.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of service delivery to ensure high‑quality, responsive support.
Will work within the school and in collaboration with staff across Apex Professional College to monitor student progression, identify emerging support needs, and contribute to strategies that enhance student success.
Support the planning and delivery of student events and social activities that promote engagement, inclusion, and a strong sense of community.
Recognise when specialist support is required and make appropriate internal or external referrals where necessary.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with external organisations and partner agencies to support student needs and wellbeing
