Scale-Matched Pay
We strictly adhere to MPS/UPS scales (£140 - £233 per day), ensuring your expertise is rewarded with reliable weekly payments via Randstad.
-
Phonics & Literacy Support
Access bespoke 2026 CPD focusing on high-impact programs like Read Write Inc. or Little Wandle.
-
Collaborative Planning
Work within a team that shares "Schemes of Work" and creative resources, allowing you to focus on delivery rather than administrative burnout.
