Clinical Coder (Medical experience required)

Duties

Assessing risk using clinical judgement triaging letters from secondary care providers and other medical professionals. Process patient related correspondence received from healthcare providers and update information on the clinical record. Assist with the completion of medical/insurance forms, MCFs. These will subsequently be reviewed and signed off by a GP Summarisation and coding of MREs and GP2GP notes Review medical records and remove third party references as per protocols Action tasks as required Any other delegated duties considered appropriate to the post as required
