We are looking for enthusiastic and motivatedRegistered Nursesto join our busy and supportiveEmergency Departmentat Isle of Wight NHS Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for Band 5 nurses to develop their skills within a fast-paced and rewarding environment, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will be responsible for theassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, working independently while supported by experienced clinicians and a strong multidisciplinary team.

- Assess patient care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care without direct supervision
- Deliver care in accordance with the NMC Code of Conductand Trust policies
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records
- Demonstrate professional behaviour at all times
- Communicate effectively and courteously with patients, relatives, and colleagues
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and privacy
- Identify and escalate concerns where quality of care or safety may be compromised
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary teamto ensure holistic care
- Support and supervise healthcare support workers and student nurses
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment promoting equality and diversity
- Engage in continuous professional developmentopportunities
