About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable Secondary School Cover Teachers to work across a range of schools in the Bognor Regis area. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and graduates looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cover Teacher, you will

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Support students' learning, engagement, and progress.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.

What We're Looking For

We are keen to hear from individuals who are

  • Confident working with students aged 11-16 (or up to 18).
  • Strong communicators with good classroom experience.
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive.
  • Passionate about Education and supporting young people.
