Service Advisor – Main Dealer - Worthing
Salary
£32,000–£33,000 Basic + £5,000–£6,000 Bonus OTE
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful Main Dealership in Worthing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment and is looking to join a professional, supportive team with excellent earning potential and long-term career prospects.
What’s on offer
- £32,000–£33,000 basic salary
- Realistic bonus potential of £5,000–£6,000 per year

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:30pm
- 1 in 2
Saturdays
8:00am – 12:00pm
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Established Main Dealer environment
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the aftersales journey
- Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
- Upselling additional work and services where appropriate
- Managing invoices and service administration efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Service Advisor experience within the motor trade
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised, professional, and able to work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence preferred
