About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate and dynamic Support Worker to join our welcoming residential home in Littlehampton, where we support seven adults with learning disabilities.
Your day-to-day work will be varied, meaningful, and full of connection.
You'll support people to
- Stay connected with family and friends
- Enjoy community activities such as bowling, theatre trips, zoo visits, and more
- Develop independence through daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Have fun at home with board games, movies, and shared downtime

regular personal care is part of this role.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours) with a variety of shift patterns, including
- 8am-3pm
- 3pm-9pm
