As a Waking Night Worker you will play an essential role in creating a safe, secure and supportive environment for our residents during night time hours. Your vigilance and interpersonal skills are key to preventing problems and ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all. As a waking night worker, your role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our residents. your responsibilities will include, resident support, relationship building, proactive intervention, safety and security with the ability to maintain accurate records in line with GDPR.

This service operates 7 days per week. The Waking Night Worker shifts are 30 hours per week - 4 nights on, 4 nights off 21:00 - 07:00 (averaged at 33.25 hours per week).
