In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. The
Care Assistant (Reablement) role is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

The Role
Supporting clients in Hockley, Rochford, Rayleigh
and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
