Key Responsibilities

To prepare files for review by the Underwriting Team within the agreed time frames.

To liaise with 3rd party business partners to ensure any missing documents from cases are provided in a timely manner.

To ensure the accuracy of customer and loan related data that is captured within the underwriting forms, documents and internal systems.

To conduct calls with customers, employers and 3rd party business partners in a friendly and professional manner.

To ensure all offer documents are sent out to customers correctly via email, post & E-sign.

Maintaining effective maintenance, storage, filing and retrieval of financial records both electronic and paper, ensuring that information is kept securely and is accessible.

Liaising with both internal and external vendors via telephone, email and in person.

Supporting projects and providing ad hoc support to different business areas.

To ensure that all mandatory training is undertaken.

Full compliance with all company policies.

Any other tasks as required.

Role Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative, underwriting, or finance-related role is preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial documents and data

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers, colleagues, and third-party partners

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with internal loan or underwriting systems

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset

Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders

Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and adhering to company policies and procedures

Willingness to learn, adapt, and undertake mandatory training as required

Flexibility to support ad hoc projects and additional tasks as needed
