To use evidence based principles/current practise and specialist skills to assess, plan implement and evaluate interventions and to ensure that all members of your team do likewise. To disseminate information about pain management to physiotherapy colleagues in the hospital. Supervise less experienced physiotherapists and assistants. To participate in CPD and other developmental activities. To have the opportunity to participate in research/ audit projects.
