About the Role
Join a leading green services provider in London as a Tree Watering Operative.
This role involves maintaining and caring for trees across a variety of
boroughs, supporting healthy urban green spaces and contributing to
environmental sustainability.
This is a 6-month initial contract starting in May, with the opportunity to
progress into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
* Water and maintain trees across assigned routes
* Operate and drive a 3.5-tonne flatbed van safely
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
* Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and locations
* Work as part of a team to ensure routes are completed efficiently
* Support the care and sustainability of urban green spaces
* Watering up to 50 plants around the assigned areas
About You
We are looking for someone who is
* Reliable, punctual, and conscientious
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors all day
* Comfortable starting early (7:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and working full time
shifts
* Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented
* Able to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail
* Holds a full UK manual driving licence

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is desirable
