Express Treatment Therapist (30hrs/wk)

The role

Based in Heathrow Terminal 4 to delivering complimentary express beauty treatments to airport clients.

Working hours - 30hrs over 5 days per week, Monday-Friday

What you’ll do

Provide complimentary express facial treatments to travellers using professional, on-brand techniques

Deliver a calm, tailored experience in quick, high-quality appointments

Maintain treatment areas to a high standard of hygiene and presentation

Engage proactively with customers to enhance their airport experience and promote treatments professionally

You are

Passionate about the beauty industry and delivering excellent customer experiences

Enjoy being hands-on and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong communication and customer-engagement skills; confident interacting with a diverse passenger base

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively across back-to-back appointments

You have

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification is essential

Experience in a hands on beauty role with exceptional customer service skills

Flexible to work shifts scheduled between 6am–8pm, Monday–Friday

Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
