Full UK Manual Driving Licence (You'll need to be confident driving both manual cars and a manual minibus.)

Shift Patterns

Mixture of earlies/lates and alternate weekends. Also, 8am -8pm shifts are available.

About the role - You'll be part of a warm, dedicated team supporting

three gentlemen and three ladies with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Each person has their own personality, preferences, and goals — and your role is to help them live a life that feels fulfilling, connected, and uniquely theirs.
