Monday to Sunday including

Bank Holidays Shift hours

10:00pm to 7:00am

Competitive salary

£25,272 (pro rata) + unsocial hours enhancements

Location

Community-based, covering Newham and Tower Hamlets, with a service radius of up to 25 miles from your base location.

Experience working in a healthcare, domiciliary or care setting Caring, empathetic and patient-focused approach Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to travel across

Newham and Tower Hamlets Desirable

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care Experience supporting patients with complex needs or palliative care
