Senior Occupational Therapist

The therapy role within the team at times involves assessments in the patients home and providing professional advice which actively informs the teams risk assessments and discharge plans. The team works collaboratively with the wards Multi-Disciplinary Teams. The Band 6 Occupational Therapist within the Therapies Team holds a caseload of patients for assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and pre and post discharge arrangements. The Band 6 Occupational Therapist works across the older adult wards on a sessional basis as designated by the team lead. Please see attached job description for more details
