Letting, Managment & Accounting Consultant

We require letting and management part time consultant in the office based in West End.The person must be familiar with Excel and Zero software, must have previous experience in accounting and property sectors. The person must be familiar with advertising, preparing property particulars, brochures etc. The job requires obtaining quotation from suppliers, contractors, visiting sites, dealing with architects, surveyors, preparing reports, assessments and valuations. The person will be involved in a day to day management activities and accounting of the property portfolio.

The candidate must be honest, reliable, trustworthy fluent in English willing to learn and to take the new tasks. Experience and accounting qualification is essential.
