About this role
We require a part time building maintenance and security personnel who will be working in residential building near Marble Arch on weekends. The applicant must have experience with maintenance of residential/commercial property. Must possess skills such as painting and decorating, plumbing, basic electrical works, basic carpentry and must maintain regular cleaning of the premisses. If the applicant completes successfully temporary post with satisfaction the permanent position will be offered.
