The successful candidate will play an important role in creating strong connections between prospective candidates and clients, ensuring that the right people are identified, engaged and successfully introduced to suitable opportunities.

Alongside candidate management and resourcing, the role will provide exposure to client relationships, business development, administration and the wider commercial operation of the business.

The Role

The Candidate Success Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates against specific client requirements.

The role will combine research, candidate sourcing, communication, administration and relationship management. The successful candidate will use a variety of online platforms, databases, networking techniques and direct communication methods to identify suitable talent.

They will also work closely with managers and the wider team to ensure candidates are effectively prepared and supported throughout the recruitment process.
