Marketing Manager / Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Commercial Manager to support the marketing and commercial development of our convenience retail business.

The successful candidate will contribute to marketing and commercial planning, analyse business and market performance, evaluate promotional activities, identify growth opportunities, and provide commercial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and commercial plans.
• Analyse sales, market and business performance.
• Identify commercial and business growth opportunities.
• Plan and evaluate marketing and promotional activities.
• Conduct customer, market and competitor analysis.
• Support pricing, product and promotional strategies.
• Develop customer engagement and growth initiatives.
• Monitor marketing and commercial KPIs.
• Prepare reports and provide commercial recommendations to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in marketing, commercial management or a related field.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret business and market information.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Retail or FMCG experience is desirable.
