Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Capital Projects team supporting a government account. You will play a pivotal role in delivering cost management and commercial support across a portfolio of projects operating under NEC4 contracts, ensuring financial control, compliance and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a commercially focused professional who can help implement and sustain high standards of cost management while supporting the cost-effective delivery of Capital Projects and MAC services across government accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost plans.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.
• Administer NEC4 contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Assess and manage contract risks, variations, compensation events and claims.
• Prepare tender documentation and support tender evaluation and procurement activities.
• Review applications for payment and prepare interim and final valuations.
• Provide commercial advice and reporting to project teams, clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, compliance, supply chain management and continuous improvement initiatives.
