A professional family based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Private Housekeeper to support the smooth running and exceptionally high standards of their home.

This is a housekeeping-led role suited to someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautifully presented, calm and well-run household. The family is looking for a proactive, discreet and reliable candidate with excellent housekeeping skills, strong attention to detail and a naturally professional approach.

The role will involve hands-on housekeeping, household organisation, errands and general support to help the home run smoothly day to day. The successful candidate should be comfortable working within a family home environment with a young child and two small dogs.

Key Responsibilities

• High-standard housekeeping and detailed cleaning
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
• Maintaining beautifully presented living spaces
• Household organisation and upkeep
• Grocery shopping and household errands
• Managing household supplies and deliveries
• Keeping the kitchen and household areas clean and organised
• Occasional light food preparation
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home
• Dog walking when required
• Occasional support around the home when needed by the family

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a high-standard private household
• Excellent housekeeping skills and strong attention to detail
• High personal standards and pride in maintaining a well-run home
• Proactive, reliable and discreet
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Calm, positive and professional approach
• Comfortable around dogs and young children
• Good spoken English
• Right to work in the UK
