About the role
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Reading.
We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home. Our client has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy.
Full specialist training will be provided.
When you will be working
- Weekdays only - we will provide care Mondays-Fridays

Term time
Evening shifts (2pm-10pm)

Non term time
The shifts change to 8am-6pm
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
