Our client, a reputable franchised dealership in Milton Keynes, is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop.

Duties of a Master Technician

• Conduct advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicle makes and models
• Complete mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Identify and resolve complex vehicle faults efficiently
• Support and mentor other Technicians within the workshop team
• Ensure all repair work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain accurate job records and follow workshop procedures
• Support the workshop manager in maintaining workshop efficiency and standards

Requirements of a Master Technician

• Qualified Vehicle Technician to Level 3 or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Master Technician within a dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Confident in working on electrical and mechanical systems
• Full UK driving licence
• A team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
