A day includes
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Superdrug
Mobile team to support the development of desirable propositions and marketing
communications to drive footfall and sales. You will have experience in
crafting, engaging customer-centric propositions which will deliver great
results, Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to balance
multiple multi-channel campaigns. Reporting into the marketing manager you will
play a key role in supporting and implementing our key drivers with a focus on
acquisition, retention, awareness and developing our USP.
Key
Responsibilities
· Event and experiential, planning and execution.
· Actively seeking opportunities to build the brand across multiple channels.
· Raise the profile of the brand through the development of active marketing
strategies and communication programmes in line with business objectives.
· Supplier/Agency relationship management.
· Support in the development and upkeep of Company Websites.
· Develop, manage and monitor social media forums and activity to generate
interest.
· Creation of internal and external literature in support of promoting the
brand.
· Monitoring and reviewing sales and marketing campaigns and materials.
· Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and
partners on marketing strategy.
· Providing administrative support to the marketing manager and senior mobile
manager.
· Good collaborative working relationships with key partners, both internal and
external, to support delivery of shared objectives.
· Managing budgets and accurately accounting for all spend across the
activities you're responsible for delivering.
· Undertake any tasks that are in addition to those listed in the Job
Description where required and within capabilities.

Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand
purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every
touchpoint of our O+O platform.
