About the Role

We are currently looking for two experienced female Health Care Assistants (Drivers) to join our London team for an immediate start.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of adults within their own homes, supporting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

As a Health Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs

Assisting with Personal Care (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)

Continence Management

Catheter Care and Stoma Care

Supporting individuals with Dementia Care

Supporting adults aged 65+ and individuals with Physical Disabilities

Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities

Providing support in Palliative Care

Managing behaviours that challenge

Assisting with safe handling and administration of medicines

Safeguarding vulnerable adults

Supporting with moving & handling

Food preparation and maintaining nutrition & hydration

Maintaining professional boundaries

Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Female applicants only (due to personal care requirements of service users)

Must be a driver with access to a vehicle and a valid UK driving licence

Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check

A caring, compassionate, and professional attitude

Good communication skills

Previous experience in Health & Social Care is required (due to immediate start)
