What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing strategic, whole-school SEN provision as lead SENCO

- Driving new approaches to EHCPs, access arrangements, and statutory compliance

Ideal
SENCO for this Ealing School
- UK-trained teacher with QTS (Essential)
- SENCO accredited (or working toward national SENCO qualification)
- Strong track record of providing for children with EHCPs and complex needs
