Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Demolition Operative with a Green CCDO card to join our team for a minimum of 1 month in London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in demolition work, particularly using tools such as recip saws and Cango hammers, and performing tasks like breaking out. Candidates must hold a valid CCDO card and have up-to-date Asbestos Awareness certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition tasks using tools such as recip saws and Cango hammers.
• Break out materials and structures as per project requirements.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including asbestos handling protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks within set deadlines.

Qualifications

• Valid Green CCDO card (mandatory).
• Up-to-date Asbestos Awareness certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in demolition work, including the use of recip saws and Cango hammers.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in demolition environments.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.

Day-to-Day

• Report to the designated site in London each day.
• Use specialized tools such as recip saws and Cango hammers to carry out demolition tasks.
• Break out materials and structures as directed by the supervisor.
