About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our thriving nursery setting in Tower Hamlets.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality early years education, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Act as a key person to a small group of children, supporting their developmental milestones and maintaining accurate records.

Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.

Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and GDPR.

Essential Requirements

Qualification

Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

DBS

Must be registered with the DBS Update Service.

Experience

Proven experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Knowledge

Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
