Are you ready to lead a passionate team in a flagship store that makes a real difference in the community? At Boots, we’re looking for a dedicated Flagship Store Manager to join our flagship store in Central London. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire your colleagues and deliver exceptional care to our customers every day.
What you’ll be doing
As a Flagship Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our flagship store, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service and care. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and lead a full optics team of dedicated professionals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the customer experience and fostering a supportive environment for your team.
Key responsibilities- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in store operations.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in an optical environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
It would be great if you also have- Experience in optics or clinical settings.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in optical retail.
- A background in training and developing team members.
