We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a supportive children’s residential service in Oxford, helping create a safe, stable, and positive home for young people with complex needs.

This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll lead shifts, support the team, and make a genuine difference to young people’s lives every day.

The Role

• Lead shifts and support junior staff
• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
• Support with care plans, safeguarding, risk management, and daily routines
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
• Help create a calm, structured, and nurturing environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care / Residential Childcare
• Experience working with vulnerable children and young people
• Confident managing challenging behaviour and safeguarding situations
• Reliable, resilient, and able to lead by example
• Flexible for evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
