About this role
To provide timely assessment of adults with substances misuse problems and provide care planning and support for their pharmacological and treatment plans. To support colleagues in the management of complex cases through formal and ad hoc clinical supervision To practice as a non-medical prescriber and deputise for the Team Manager on clearly defined management and clinical functions as needed.
