This isn't a role where you'll be left doing the same tasks day in, day out. Working alongside an experienced

Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll gain exposure to every stage of the commercial process while being trusted with increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

Commercial, Pre-Construction, and Delivery teams, you'll have the support around you to focus on developing your Quantity Surveying career rather than being stretched across multiple disciplines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with the commercial management of projects.
• Assisting with pre-construction activities, including pricing and tender support.
• Helping manage project costs from inception through to final account.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered commercially and operationally.
• Developing into a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor through hands-on experience and mentorship.

What They're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role (Assistant QS or similar).
• Experience within construction is essential, with office fit-out or industrial project experience highly desirable.
• A motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
