We’re looking for a versatile Designer with a strong eye for imagery, layout, and storytelling to help bring the Saga brand to life across print and digital channels. Working within a small creative team, you’ll create everything from brochures and campaign assets to CRM and social content, collaborating closely with marketing, digital, and creative colleagues to deliver engaging customer experiences across the full journey.

You’ll have experience creating work across both print and digital, confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, and a collaborative approach to problem solving. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, enjoys working across multiple channels and formats, and creates work that is both visually engaging and commercially effective.

* This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create engaging branded content across print and digital channels, including brochures, campaign assets, CRM, social, and marketing materials.
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets that align with the Saga brand and put the customer experience first.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Digital, CRM, and Social teams to deliver creative solutions across a range of campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Bring fresh, creative thinking and new ideas, helping evolve and strengthen the Saga brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and creative colleagues on briefs, concept development, and campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to creative testing and optimisation, using customer insight and performance data to inform design decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Work with external agencies and freelance partners when required to support campaign delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll already have at least two years’ experience across both print and digital design, along with a strong eye for imagery, layout, and visual storytelling. We’re looking for someone collaborative and hands-on, who enjoys being part of a team, contributing ideas, and getting involved wherever needed.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a design role, with exposure across both print and digital channels.
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with some knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • A strong eye for imagery, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating customer-focused content across multiple channels and formats.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with confidence working closely with creative, marketing and digital teams.
  • Able to interpret and challenge briefs constructively, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions.
  • An understanding of CMS platforms and digital content workflows.
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in design trends and how creative supports business performance.
  • Experience within a customer-focused or lifestyle brand environment would be advantageous, ideally within travel or hospitality.
