The Role

We're looking for a Structural Engineer to join their Oxford team (2-8 years experience).

You'll work on diverse new build and refurbishment projects across sectors, designing practical, efficient structural solutions from concept through to completion. Expect to collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. These sectors include heritage, commercial, residential, MoJ and plenty more.

• Design economic, buildable structural solutions
• Collaborate across teams to deliver coordinated designs
• Conduct surveys & produce clear technical reports
• Support bids, proposals & client relationships

✅ What You'll Bring

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Working toward chartership (ICE/IStructE)
• Experience across materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)
• Knowledge of BIM / Revit
• Strong technical & analytical skills
• Clear communication and report writing
