About this role

We are looking for a Control Room Operative for our 24 hours manned security Control Room. General Control Room duties are, but not limited to: -

Receive and monitor all incoming/outgoing phone calls.
Maintain a log of all activities and action all requests for alarm attendance to our clients’ properties.
Liaise with our customers and escalate call information to supervisors when needed.
Monitor welfare check calls for all client/company sites.
Effectively and efficiently manage messages and ensure they are passed onto the relevant person/s.
Monitor remote CCTV site images and take the appropriate actions.
Issue, receive and administer keys.
