We are seeking enthusiastic, evidence-driven Psychology graduates to join a specialist educational facility as a Trainee SEN Behaviour Analyst / CABAS Teacher.

Working 1
1 and in small groups with autistic pupils, you will actively apply behavioural theory to practice, utilising positive reinforcement and data-driven techniques to accelerate learning and support emotional development. You will be directly mentored, supervised, and supported by some of the UK's leading, internationally recognised Behaviour Analytic experts.

Behaviour Analysis Qualifications
Complete your 40-hour Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) course, CABAS teaching ranks, and earn certifications with the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UKBA(Cert) & UKiBA (Cert)).

Key Responsibilities

Apply behaviourally-based teaching principles to design, plan, and deliver individualised learning sessions.

Run 1
1 and small group interventions focusing on core communication, social interaction, and vital life skills.

Manage and support pupils experiencing high levels of need, including behaviour that challenges, using proactive and positive behaviour support guidelines.

Track, record, and contribute to behavioural data collection and ongoing educational research.

Assist with daily routines including off-site community trips, playground socialisation, and personal care support where required.
What You Will Need

Experience
Personal, voluntary, or professional experience working with children, young people, or individuals with disabilities.

Education
A degree in Psychology (or related field) is highly desirable. Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths is required.

A resilient, calm-under-pressure demeanour with a genuine passion for behaviour analysis and data-led progress.

Physical Capability
Ability to handle the physical demands of an active school environment (stooping, twisting, and working at low heights).
