The Opportunity

Growth & Specialisation

We're looking for a motivated Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) to play an integral role in shaping our dynamic curriculum. This is a chance to move past rote lesson delivery and engage in real, impactful curriculum design.

Fast-Track Progression

Upon successful completion of your 12-week probation, you will immediately progress to the role of Lead Teacher (QTS), giving you leadership experience faster than in a mainstream setting.

Specialised Expertise

Train in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and positive reinforcement-the most effective, evidence-based approach for pupils with complex needs.

Multidisciplinary Team

Collaborate daily with Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Speech & Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to become a specialist educator.

What You'll Do (Less Admin, More Impact)

The role is focused on direct pupil impact, significantly reducing time spent on marking and large-scale planning compared to a mainstream environment.

Curriculum Designer

Contribute to the design and differentiation of long, medium, and short-term plans, including wider school activities and themed events.

Expert Teacher

Provide direct teaching and support in small class groups or on a 1:1 basis for autistic pupils (4-19).

Data-Driven Professional

Collect, record, and analyse data to monitor pupil progress and develop targeted support plans.

Required

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
