Are you ready to move away from general support and into a specialised, clinical environment? We are looking for experienced practitioners to join our founding staff at a state-of-the-art Secondary SEN School.

The Role

Beyond the Classroom

As a Specialist TA here, you aren't just an extra pair of hands. You are the vital link between education and therapy.

You will

Execute Clinical Strategies

Work with therapists to implement trauma-informed and sensory-based interventions.

Manage Complexity

Use your deep experience to navigate challenging behaviours with empathy and data-driven precision.

Drive Independence

Help students aged 11-16 develop the life skills they need for adulthood.
