The Role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Host who delivers the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail typically found in five-star hospitality.

Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every visitor and colleague experiences a seamless, welcoming environment.

This is more than reception - it is a hospitality-led role where service, presentation and attention to detail matter.

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver warm, professional welcomes to all visitors and colleagues• Manage visitor check-ins and ensure smooth arrivals and departures• Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to required layouts • Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas • Proactively support the wider workplace and facilities teams

What We're Looking For

-Experience in customer service,hospitalityor corporate reception • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail • A proactive “how can I help?” approach to service • Confidence using workplace technology (Outlook, Teams etc.)
