Restaurant Manager, you will have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation. You will have experience in developing your team in a fast-paced environment while creating an exciting buzz around the restaurant.

Restaurant Manager, you will

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and high standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards

Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, focusing on cost control and revenue generation

Implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall financial performance

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
