As a prominent member of the FTSE100 and a globally recognised name in the FMCG sphere, this business operates internationally with their UK head office in the City of London. Due to increased workload, they have recognised the need for an Executive Assistant to join their established EA community for a 6-month period and provide support to members of the leadership team.
Your new role
As an EA in business, this role will include (but not be limited to) the following
- Diary management across multiple time zones (predominantly Europe and US)
- Coordination of international and domestic travel
- Liaising with an internal network of PAs and EAs across the London offices and internationally,
- Meeting and conference arrangement
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant within the private sector is a necessity for this position. Experience within the FMCG industry or an international business would be beneficial.
