Opportunity for an experienced site manager with high-end fit-out and residential experience to join a reputable London-based contractor delivering projects in some of the city's most prestigious locations.

About the role of Site Manager

Our client is a leading international high-end fit-out contractor with a great reputation for delivering exceptional, high-quality hospitality and luxury residential projects across London, the Middle East, Europe, Canada, and Brazil. With a turnover of £85 million for their London office within the past year, which contributes to a combined group turnover of £1Billion+ . Our client is proud to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the market with a strong portfolio of private clients and is renowned for repeat business.

Due to continued organic growth and a strong pipeline, they are looking to hire an experienced site manager to join their London team; working on projects typically valued up to £15M.

Key Responsibilities of Site Manager

• Managing day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through to handover
• Driving programme and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining strong site productivity
• Managing site logistics within challenging live and occupied environments
• Maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, and quality
• Identifying and mitigating key project risks
• Leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with project teams and clients
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and client expectations

Requirements for the Site Manager

• Proven experience as a Site Manager working within high-end fit-out/refurbishment projects
• Track record delivering projects up to £15M
• Strong understanding of programme management and sequencing
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
• Ability to manage logistics and multiple subcontractor trades effectively
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
