Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm | 30-minute break

£33.75 per hour | Paid weekly every Friday via PAYE

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support business performance through strategic people initiatives, employee relations, and organisational development.

Working closely with leadership teams, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting change, and delivering effective people solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business performance through effective people and culture strategies that improve engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement People & Culture solutions that support talent attraction, operational excellence, business growth, and customer retention.
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term success.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters including policy interpretation, disciplinary and grievance cases, TUPE, and Union engagement.
  • Deliver professional HR advice in line with employment law, company policies, and best practice.
  • Identify and mitigate employment, compliance, and operational risks.
  • Participate in operational and strategic meetings to provide insight and support informed decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor members of the People & Culture team to enhance capability and performance across the business.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background within HR / People & Culture partnering roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build strong working relationships across all levels of a business.
