Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will

Lead or support delivery across complex digital transformation programmes, projects and products.

Work with multidisciplinary product and delivery teams to achieve agreed outcomes.

Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Coach delivery teams, stakeholders and senior leaders in Agile principles and practices.

Identify and remove obstacles affecting delivery progress and team performance.

Support cross-functional teams in becoming more collaborative, effective and self-organising.

Conduct Agile maturity assessments and recommend practical areas for improvement.

Promote continuous improvement across teams, programmes and client organisations.

Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes using appropriate tools and reporting methods.

Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and delivery partners.

Contribute to business development, proposals, thought leadership and internal improvement initiatives.
