Mortgage Compliance Manager

We are a growing Mortgage Network headquartered in London, dedicated to providing mortgage solutions while maintaining compliance with the FCA and other regulatory standards. We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage and Protection Compliance Manager to join our team and help us uphold our commitment to regulatory excellence.

This role delivers comprehensive compliance oversight and ensures the organisation remains aligned with regulatory requirements. The Compliance Manager is accountable for ensuring the firm fulfils its obligations under FCA rules, principles, and guidance, while actively identifying and mitigating regulatory risks.

The position covers all aspects of compliance, including data protection and financial crime. It requires close partnership with the Principal and advisors to reinforce a culture of integrity and ongoing improvement.
