Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Lead Concierge to support a prestigious corporate and R&D environment in Bracknell.
This is a highly visible front of house role suited to an experienced concierge, reception or workplace experience professional with strong customer service, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the Concierge and Gatehouse Reception functions across a large corporate site
Acting as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and stakeholders
Supporting meeting room bookings, setups and event coordination
Managing premium front of house and workplace experience services
Handling client queries, escalations and service requests professionally
Coordinating with onsite service providers including catering, cleaning and security
Supporting implementation of workplace procedures and customer service improvements
Maintaining accurate records, logs and administrative documentation
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures
Requirements
Previous concierge, reception, hospitality or workplace experience essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience managing meeting rooms and visitor services
Good organisational and administrative ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Professional appearance and confident manner within a corporate environment
Experience within facilities management or workplace services advantageous
